Helping Hands for Kids Giving Project

The church at Evansville, Indiana just finished Vacation Bible School.  This year, we had a Super Saturday VBS.

 

Prior to VBS, we boosted the Guatemala Fundraiser in our congregation and also showed a power point presentation using the information from the website.  Through individual donations, the children bringing their quarters to Super Saturday and a special offering, we raised $419.25 for the children in Guatemala.  We did some number-crunching and we raised enough for 1,677 lunches!!

 

 

Thank you for this opportunity.  The children AND adults were excited to serve in a small way.
