Door Fee
Pre-registration closes on March 4, 2008. Any registration (snail mail, e-mail or Internet registration) received after this date WILL NOT BE PRE-REGISTERED. Door Fee becomes effective on March 5, 2008. No group rates are available.

Children ages 6-11 = $25.00 flat rate. This is not included in your number registering for a group rate.

Guidelines
þ No registrations will be accepted by telephone.
þ Fees may be paid with cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa/MC/Amex).
þ Accurate fees must accompany your registration form to guarantee registration at current prices. • Declined credit cards, returned checks, and under-paid fees will void Early Bird or Pre-Registration rates if accounts are not settled before the proper deadline. For example, if you register during the Early Bird “window” and send in insufficient funds, the balance must be paid before the Early Bird “window” closes. If not, then Pre-Registration Fees become active. Door rates will apply if declined credit cards, returned checks, or under-paid fees are not settled before March 4, 2008.
þ Group leaders desiring to add attendees to their group will be required to pay the fee that is valid at the time they are being added. Any additions made after March 4, 2008 must be done when you pick up your packet at which time door fees will apply.
þ Pre-registration closes on March 4, 2008. Any registrations (snail mail, e-mail or Internet registration) postmarked after this date will not be registered. You will have to register upon arrival and door fees will apply.
þ One adult must accompany/sponsor every five youth attendees. Please place an asterisk (*) by each adult sponsor on your form.
þ All materials will be mailed to the group leader.
þ Hotel accommodations may be acquired by calling the numbers listed. Be sure to mention you are with the Re:Generation Youth Conference.
þ To receive a refund, cancellations must be in writing and postmarked (snail mail, e-mail or internet registration) February 15, 2008 or earlier. A $10.00 processing fee will be incurred. After February 15th, only transfer of funds to an alternate attendee will be accepted. You must report the attendee transfer at the registration table upon arrival.
